We have had the honour of hosting a number of special events in the past and would love to continue this tradition in the future. On 1st February 2004, Under the leadership of our chairman, secretary and president, we held an event for Murtti Pran Prishta. The Mayor of Warrington and Local MP’s Mr and Mrs Sud were in attendance, which allowed us to gain valuable support and spread the name of our temple. Join us for Durga Ashtami, the most auspicious day of Durga Puja, as we honour the Goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura. Together, we’ll fast, feast, and worship as we perform the Kanya Puja and immerse ourselves in the spirit of purity, peace, and the triumph of good over evil.

Just as the Goddess Parvati observed a fast to obtain Lord Shiva as her husband, join us for Karwa Chauth to honour the enduring love between husband and wife. Fast from sunrise to moonrise to express devotion and the desire for your husband’s long life and prosperity.
